The series coordinator was listed as Robert M. Wesley, M.A. and should have been John G. Bradley, M.D. Also, in the “Evaluation of Syncope” article, Robert M. Wesley, M.A. was incorrectly listed as Robert M. Wesley, M.D. The online versions of these articles have been corrected.
