The Point-of-Care Guide, “Estimating the Risk of Ovarian Cancer,” (September 15, 2009, page 632) incorrectly listed an abnormal cancer antigen (CA) 125 level as less than 30 units per mL (30 arb units per L) in a footnote in Table 2 on page 633. The footnote should have read, “An abnormal CA 125 level is greater than 30 units per mL (30 arb units per L).” The article has been corrected online.
