Students will work with Family Medicine faculty and residents in all facets of Family Medicine including: ambulatory continuity of care, procedures, billing, coding, referral, and admissions.

These include immigrant and refugee populations, minority populations, and various other underserved groups. Students will become familiar with unique health needs of the population and the resources and methods used to address those needs, issues, such as communication, education, and traditional healing beliefs and systems will be addressed.
