In the first week, the student will be introduced to three patients who will require home care. Patients will come from the inpatient and outpatient setting. Student will follow the progress of these patients over the remaining three weeks and will review progress of the patient with faculty. Student will be asked to do a written assignment covering the biopsychosocial aspects of care for two patients.
