Blended Learning Pilot Program

The AAFP Credit System is conducting a pilot program to create a blended learning activity type to meet advances in technology and education, and to continue providing physicians with the best and most relevant learning opportunities.

Blended learning is a single educational activity designed for the same learner(s) that is delivered via multiple formats. Blended learning activities are delivered in two or more of the following formats:

  • Live Courses
  • Enduring Materials
  • Medical Journals
  • Performance Improvement
  • Point-of-Care

You can help us create this new blended learning activity type. Please fill out the following information for your chance to help shape the future of educational activities for physicians:


In order to participate in the pilot, you have to be able to apply for CME credit and execute at least one of your CME activities between January-June 2017.
