Dr. Flinn is the Chief Medical Officer for Arch Health Partners, an award-winning multispecialty group headquartered in Poway, CA. He continues to provide medical care in the group's urgent care department. Before joining Arch Health Partners, Dr. Flinn worked for 22 years as a physician in the U.S. Navy and is the former Specialty Leader for Sports Medicine to the Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy Dr. Flinn has taught sports medicine and diving medicine since 1990, with special interest in stress fractures, foot and ankle injuries, heat and cold injuries, and ergogenic aids. He has spoken at Assembly for many years on musculoskeletal topics.
