Dr. George believes that if family medicine practices aren't financially sustainable and nurturing to physicians, patients will be deprived of the value that family medicine offers through healing relationships developed over a lifetime. Dr. George's primary interests include physician self-care; physician resiliency training; direct primary care; small/solo practices; membership practice; and part-time practice. She was inducted as an AAFP Fellow in 1998 and Is board certified in family medicine and holistic and integrative medicine.
