Dr. Sexton practices family medicine in Arlington, Virginia, where she treats patients of all ages and backgrounds. She has been teaching for 14 years and is particularly interested in child and adolescent health issues. Dr. Sexton believes that family physicians must be up to date on information about learning disorders so that when parents bring up concerns, they are able to make appropriate diagnoses and referrals, as well as provide support and reassurance.
