Dr. Silk is the co-author of "Smiles for Life(www.smilesforlifeoralhealth.org)" the award-winning national curriculum on oral health for family medicine. He has been teaching for 15 years and serves on numerous state and national oral health advocacy committees. Dr. Silk provides primary, urgent, and palliative care to incarcerated men, as well as urgent care in an outpatient setting. He recently received the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Award and the Worcester District Medical Society’s Dr. A. Jane Fitzpatrick Community Service Award.
