Exhibitor Designated Contractors
All exhibiting companies using an exhibitor-designated contractor (EDC) or exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC), must submit a valid certificate of insurance (COI) to the AAFP by September 5, 2014.
All EDCs/EACs must also submit a valid certificate of insurance (COI) to the AAFP by September 5, 2014.
Certificate of Insurance
A valid certificate of insurance must include:
- Coverage throughout the AAFP installation, show, and dismantle dates.
- $2,000,000 coverage.
- AAFP listed as an additional insured.
Certificate must be sent to Kristy Sloan at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 5, 2014.
- Enter the EDC/EAC contractor names in the exhibit system through your company's Exhibitor Login (link available April 10, 2014).
- Send a valid certificate of insurance to Kristy Sloan at email@example.com by September 5, 2014.
Due to security requirements and access to the exposition hall, this deadline will not be extended. If you haven’t entered your EDC/EAC names and submitted your valid certificate of insurance by September 5, 2014 you must use an AAFP official contractor.
