Administrative Fee

What does the administrative fee include?

The opportunity to market to more than 5,000 family physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other health care professionals. AAFP will list your event and registration information on the AAFP Web site and mobile application. Event information will also be included in the Satellite Event Locator Map brochure, the Assembly Preview, Official Program and Exhibit Guide, UpClose daily newspaper, AAFP Assembly Mobile App, and on signs in the convention center.

  • Satellite Event Locator Map Advertising
    (This map is sent to all attendees with their tickets and badges before the FMX event)
    • Full-page Ad $5,500
    • Half-page Ad $3,500
  • Personalized On-site Advertising in the convention center included with AAFP Signage
    • $6,000
  • Pre-registration attendee mailing lists
    (InFocus Marketing prices will be available in April)

Cost for hotel meeting space, food, faculty, marketing opportunities, AV, travel, etc. is the CME provider or activity organizer's responsibility.

The CME provider or activity organizer is responsible for paying the administrative fee and the CME accreditation fee when completing the online application.

When submitting the application to hold a satellite event, 25% of the administrative fee must accompany the application. Approval of event will not be granted without payment.

The remaining balance of the administrative fee is due to AAFP no later than June 30, 2015. Send payment to:

Cancellation Policy

Once the event has been approved, there is a 100% cancellation penalty.
