Payment Requirement

Full payment is due 30 days after receipt of invoice.

If payment in full is not received, your space may be reassigned and any partial payment retained by AAFP.  See Cancellation Policy.

Outstanding Invoices

Outstanding invoices due to the AAFP, as a result of previous transactions, must be paid in full before exhibit space will be assigned.
