Registration Fees

Guest Registration

The AAFP considers your family or significant other to be your guest (limited to four). Additional guests may be added on site for a $25 administrative fee. Office personnel/staff must register as Allied Health Professional attendees. Guest attendees cannot attend, purchase, or report CME hours. Out of consideration for others, please do not bring children to CME events.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The AAFP must receive notice of cancellation by September 30, 2014. Requests for cancellations will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after September 30 are not eligible for a refund. This policy covers registration and ticketed events. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. The AAFP reserves the right to cancel a program if advance registration is not sufficient. Every effort will be made to place the registrant in a similar program of his/her choice, or fee(s) will be refunded.

Special Assistance

Wheelchair/Scooter Rentals

If you need help getting around the convention center, you may order a scooter or wheelchair for an additional fee through Scootaround. Advance reservations are required. Contact Scootaround (888) 441-7575. Note: Rentals will not be available on site at the convention center. All reservations must be made prior to arrival.

Additional Needs

If you or a guest need hearing or vision assistance in order to participate fully in AAFP Assembly activities, please let us know at least two weeks in advance.
