National Conference Speaker Resources

The AAFP requires the use of the National Conference presentation template when developing your slides.

Send all documents to Amy Mulligan Kennedy.

Information for 2016

A PowerPoint template has been produced to help you create a presentation that will be appropriate for the workshop screens.  Below are some time-saving tips on how to transfer a current slide deck to a larger sized template.

  1. Open the 16x9 ppt template.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click the arrow below New Slide, and then click Reuse Slides.
  3. Click Open a PowerPoint File.
  4. Browse and select the file you want to import into the new template.
  5. At the bottom of the Reuse Slides pane.
  6. Right click on any of the slides in the Reuse Slides pane, select Insert All Slides.
  7. Review all slides for formatting issues as text and images might have shifted when incorporating this new size.
  8. Please include the last two slides ("Let your voice be heard" and "Keep up with National Conference") in your presentation as this is important information to share with all attendees.
