- To reserve by phone, call the Kansas City Convention and Visitors Associations Housing office (KCCVA), 24 hours, seven days a week (excluding holidays). If inside U.S., call (866) 720-1899. If outside U.S., call (316) 835-2957,

Room Rates and Taxes
To take advantage of the convention rates, make your reservation by July 3, 2013. After this date, blocks will be released and rates are at the discretion of the hotels.
All rates are per room, per night and are subject to 16.85% tax (subject to change), and a city development tax of $1.73 per day.
When making reservations, special requests cannot be guaranteed; however hotels will do their best to honor requests upon check-in.
Deposits
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid through August, 2013 or a check deposit. If you are guaranteeing by check, $110 per reservation is required and includes a $10 non-refundable processing fee per reservation. Check deposits must be received to the above address by July 3, 2013.
Reservation Acknowledgement
The KCCVA will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review to make sure all information is accurate and bring it with you at check-in. You will not receive a separate confirmation from the hotel.
Email and fax acknowledgements will be sent within 24 hours of your reservation being processed. Mailed acknowledgements will be sent within 5-7 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement, please contact KCCVA Housing office. If inside U.S., call (866) 720-1899. If outside U.S., call (316) 835-2957.
You may also check the status of your reservation online(resweb.passkey.com) regardless of how you booked it.
Note: The acknowledgement is only sent to the primary name on your housing form or reservation. Please share this with anyone who may be sharing rooms.
Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel your reservation through July 10, 2013, without penalty (unless deposit was paid by check – see Deposits above). From July 11, 2013 - July 12, 2013, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. From July 13, 2013 to the day of arrival, the hotel’s cancellation policy will apply.
