Enforcement of Rules and Regulations

By applying for exhibit space, an exhibitor, its employees, contractors and agents agree to adhere to all rules and regulations. See Violations for more information.

The AAFP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict and/or dismiss at any time any exhibit, which it deems undersirable, in poor taste or offensive to attendees or other exhibitors.

Whenever appropriate in the view of the AAFP, disciplinary action will be progressive, according to the violation sequence. However, the AAFP reserves the right to levy a more severe penalty, including refusal of or immediate termination of the exhibit, at our discretion, without progressing through each of the violation successive steps. In the event of such restriction or eviction, the AAFP will not be liable for any refunds or rentals or other exhibit expenses.

In all interpretations of the conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, the decision of the AAFP is final. The AAFP has full authority to interpret or amend the rules and regulations, and its decisions are final. All issues not addressed here or in the Violations are subject to the decision of the AAFP. Any objectionable practices by exhibitors or official suppliers should be reported to the National Conference Exhibit Manager immediately.
