Note: If you can’t meet the July 9 deadline, you can still register. However, fees increase $50.

Conference Value: What does my registration fee include?

National Conference is where affordability meets excellence in education. Priced to ensure you can attend, the registration fee includes:

  • Workshops and Sessions
  • Expo Hall
  • Leadership Forum
  • National Conference Celebration

Please note: Procedural skills courses require a separate registration and additional fee.

Are you a resident staffing your program’s booth?

Did you know you can participate in all the educational programming, including main stage sessions and workshops? And to make it even easier for you to get the most from National Conference, many sessions are scheduled around Expo Hall hours. For example, resident exhibitors can take full advantage of Thursday’s lineup before the Expo Hall ever opens.


Full payment must be received with your registration. Pay by check (payable to the AAFP) or charge your registration to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

AAFP Must Receive Notice of Cancellation by July 17, 2014. Cancellations or no-shows after this date are not eligible for a refund. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee.

Please allow up to four weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.

The AAFP is not responsible for monies registrants may have spent on penalty or non-refundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event this course is canceled or sold out. Before purchasing your airline ticket, make sure that you have received your registration and hotel confirmation. If a program is canceled by the AAFP, every effort will be made to notify registrants as least 30 days prior to the first day of the course, and registration fees will be refunded.
