Geriatric fellowship includes: rotations/panel patients in 212-bed LTC facility, hospital, and clinic, and in 337-bed central city LTC facility; geriatric continuity clinics; rotation in rehab medicine, longitudinal rotation in geropsychiatry, weekly geriatric seminar series, outpatient geriatric assessment clinic each week, and a 1-month palliative care - hospice rotation.
