The Fellowship in Geriatrics in Family Practice at SUNY-HSCB represents an excellent opportunity for fourth-year family practice residents to gain the knowledge, skills, and approach necessary to optimally care for the older patient within a faculty development program which also cultivates teaching, administrative, and research skills. Our geriatric fellowship is an integrated program with the Department of Family Practice, the Kings County Long-term Care Facility, and the Kingsbrook Jewish Long-term Care Facility.
