Comments:
The program at ECU was established in 1984, one of the first in the nation. In addition to seven fellowship trained geriatricians, the department's research and educational development faculty contribute to the fellowship program. All training sites are within one half mile from each other and commuting time is minimal. The University offers all of the cultural amenities found in metropolitan areas with excellent beaches nearby. We passed our RRC review without citations this year with 5 year accreditation.
