Comments:
Faculty assist fellows to plan a 1-year program that develops the desired procedural, clinical, research, and academic skills. Program strengths include endoscopies (including EGDs), surgery, and cardiology. OB/GYN available. Training is available for fellows who wish to sharpen their precepting and teaching skills or work with other rural programs. Research faculty and secretarial support is available for developing a research or community health improvement project.
