The fellowship program in faculty development in family practice at SUNY-HSCB represents an excellent opportunity for 4th-year family practice residents to develop teaching, administrative, and research skills within a well-structured, integrated faculty/fellow teaching program. In addition, there is also an opportunity to focus on the enhancement of clinical skills essential for the urban family physician, HIV disease, geriatrics, and women's health care.
