All applicants must have completed or be about to complete an ACGME-approved residency program in family practice or internal medicine and be eligible to sit for their respective board exams. All application are through ERAS.Application Deadline: 11/01/07

We offer a 12-month clinical fellowship in geriatrics which emphasizes longitudinal care of patients in multiple settings, including a family practice center, a skilled nursing facility, and a retirement community.
