Applicants must apply separately and be accepted to both the fellowship and masters program. Fellows learn research skills through the masters education and through intensive, hands-on career and research mentoring. Benefits include stipend, full tuition, computer, travel allowance, office space, and research support. Length is 24 or 36 months. Deadline and notification dates are floating.
