Program goals: prepare fellows for academic family medicine careers through: 1. Development of research skills. 2. Acquisition of teaching skills. 3. Acquisition of administrative and leadership skills. Program activities: research training in BU School of Public Health; involvement with a community of fellows; FM mentoring; involvement in departmental research initiatives; participation in grant activity.
