Comments:
The faculty development fellowship prepares physicians in the Southwest region for future faculty positions and supports faculty in their continuing professional development. Academic activities include: a year-long monthly seminar series which emphasizes research and clinical teaching skills; curriculum development and administration; leadership and management skills relevant to academic medicine; teaching in the ongoing educational activities of the residency and/or predoctoral curriculum.
