The Faculty Development Fellowship is designed to enable a newly graduated family physician to acquire skills requisite to the training of family practice residency and medical students. In addition, scholarly activity is required. Participation in ongoing research as well as proposing, designing, and completing a research project in an area of special interest of the fellow under the guidance of the program director is expected. Location at community hospital. The fellow candidate has the opportunity to enroll at the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome to pursue a Master of Science in Health Services Administration (on-line degree program) and/or a Master of Science in Business Adminstration.
