This community hospital-based program promotes excellence in leadership and clinical geriatrics. Fellows benefit from a faculty development fellowship, diverse training sites, and accessible faculty. Unique to this program is the geriatric track combining 3 years of family practice training with integrated geriatrics experiences, culminating in the 1-year geriatrics fellowship. Graduates sit for the ABFP CAQ in Geriatrics. Application November 1st of year preceding entry interview second Thursday in November selection by mid November.
