This is a fellowship in an academic community hospital-based program affiliated with the University of Chicago. The fellowship focuses on developing the clinical, teaching, administrative, and research skills for a successful career in family practice education but with the flexibility to accommodate the personal interests of the fellow. There is an optional, 2-year fellowship with obtaining a MPH degree through the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health.
