The Lawrence (Tufts, UMass affiliate) FP residency's faculty development fellowship consists of four segments - clinical, teaching, communication, and research. The fellow will see patients in a CHC and hospital, precept residents and students, and participate in evidence-based small- and large-group teaching. With an advisor she/he will plan, implement and write up a research project. This fellowship should be attractive to those considering an academic career, especially in the inner city.
