Eligibility for family practice or medicine geriatric CAQ and NH medical director certification at large, rural, family practice residency. 27 + family practice reisidency, 25+ full-time faculty including geriatric family docs, internist, neurologist, and psychiatrist, authors of a geriatric text. Longitudinal curriculum with a geriatric multidisciplinary consultative team. Practical, drug company-free conferencing and research. Type of fellowship is Full-time and Part-time.
