Completion of an internal medicine or family practice residency, demonstrated interest in geriatrics.

Comments:
This is a one-year clinical geriatric fellowship program with an additional year offered in research with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine faculty. The program provides training in outpatient geriatric clinics, subacute hospital care, nursing homes and home visit care. The fellowship includes rotations in rehabilitation medicine, hospice and geriatric subspecialty clinics. The University provides care for a culturally diverse population including Native American and Hispanic geriatric patients.
