Urban SHH-FPR geriatric medicine offers geri-inpatient service with onsite TCF, rehab, ACE unit, wound center and geripsych units. Large CAQed faculty, memory loss and comprehensive geriatric assessment clinics, teaching assisted and nursing homes living makes for excellent learning. Weekly tutorials. Research possible. Patient care support with case managers and social work. Established home care and hospice service. Education first priority.
