Prerequisites for Acceptance:
Applicant will be a graduate of an approved medical school in the United States and be at least postgraduate year four. A personal interview may be requested by the committee. Family physicians, internal medicine specialists, and neurologists, as well as other specialties, are encouraged to apply.

The Seymour Diamond Clinical Fellowship in Headache Education of the National Headache Foundation is an individualized hands-on approach at a headache clinic mutually selected between the committee and the applicant. The objectives are to develop competence in the management of common and complex headache problems, to publish a research paper keyed to the treatment of headache, and to prepare applicant for a career in treating headache patients.
