Fellowship supported by Project on Death in America and Kornfeld Foundation. Training is based at a 504-bed tertiary referral hospital with 11-bed acute Palliative Care Unit, busy consultation service (500+ new referrals annually), outpatient clinic, home visits, home hospice, 10-bed hospice house, and telemedicine consultation.
