One year fellowship for recent residency graduates interested in a career in academic medicine and in pursuing individualized training in an area of interest. Fellows train in an academic environment with strong faculty support. Dedicated time in individual academic focus, formal course in faculty development, clinical practice in the family practice center, and precepting family medicine residents in the family practice center and hospital.
