The fellowship in faculty development is a one year, full-time fellowship with an option to extend to a 2nd year. The fellowship is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to suceed in an academic career in family medicine. Training focus includes teaching and curriculum development, research skills, administrative skills, and professional development skills.
