This new community-based Geriatric Fellowship is designed to provide practical experience and training so that graduates may effectively integrate quality care of older adults into their future practices. Located in the mountains of Western North Carolina your training settings include continuing care retirement communites, assisted living, long-term care, home care, a regional medical center, and a developing model practice.
