Designed for FPs in WV Eastern Panhandle to enhance cognitive precepting, procedural skills in prep for rural practice. Flexible structure allows continuance of clinical work at home & supports dedicated time to longitudinally work on curriculum. Mentoring/support for developing research/community health improvements project. Fellows will develop/refine confidence, competence and academic linkages to sustain a successful career in rural WV.
