CHFM's one year hospitalist/leadership was created to train hospitalists skilled in comprehensive hospital medicine, critical care, hospital administration, quality improvement, and teaching skills. The fellowship will focus on hospital and academic leadership, which will give the graduate skills necessary to lead a hospitalist group and/or be an effective leader in academic medicine and hospital administration.
