An accredited community-based fellowship prepares the fellow for challenges and rewards of palliative medicine. Enthusiastic faculty includes 2 family physicians and a general internist. Experiences in outpatient palliative medicine clinic, long-term care, in-patient palliative medicine, home hospice, and hospice in-patient. Electives available in radiation oncology, rehabilitation, and chemical dependency.
