Since 1978, this fellowship program has been preparing new educational leaders. The program is four weeks of on-campus training, and the completion of a mentored major project. The curriculum includes teaching, evaluation, research, EBM, instructional technology, scholarly communications, leadership, and professional academic skills. Over 500 primary care clinician-educators have completed this program , and 89% remain in academic medicine.
