The fellowship offers a learning experience with true models of interdisciplinary care. Rotations include geriatric assessment, inpatient consults, LTC, geriatric rehabitation units, ACE units, palliative/hospice, house calls, acute rehab, and geropsych. Formal education provided in didactics, journal club, case conferences and participation in research projects. Training is collaborative with our palliative care fellowship program.
