The fellowship will provide specialized training for a qualified post-graduate in state of the art care for people at the end of life. The fellow will acquire skills in inpatient, outpatient and home care through partnerships with Togus Veterans' Administration Medical Center and agreements with lcoal nursing home and skilled nurshing facilities. Highlights include the principles and practice of palliative care, and development of major clinical skills.
