Solo practice can equal happiness

Your article “Evaluating Employment Agreements” [July/August 2012] reminded me that, in life, you're either the head or the tail. I was an employed physician for nine years and hated every minute of it. Expect to be exploited. I eventually went into solo practice, and I've never been happier. I'm in control.
