FPM Peer Review

Manuscripts submitted to FPM for publication undergo a blinded peer review. This review is completed by a panel made up of at least one FPM Editorial Advisory Board member and at least three other experts in that content area. Quality peer reviews help us to select articles that our readers value and to maximize their usefulness.

Review of manuscripts for journals listed in Medline may be claimed by AAFP members for up to three Prescribed credits per manuscript. Members may self report this credit up to a limit of 45 Prescribed credits per three-year cycle. Members can claim credit for peer review by going to Report My CME. From there, select either Peer Review under Individual Activities, or Report by Mail via the PDF Reporting Form that is available as a download.
