American Family Physician and Family Practice Management institutional subscriptions are available at two access levels:
1. Limited Access: This option provides online access limited to three designated workstations within your library or organization. Access is provided via three static IP addresses or one username/password combination for use only at the designated workstations. This subscription is available in print + online or online-only. View the AFP limited access rates or the FPM limited access rates.
2. Site License: This option provides unlimited online access to all journal content for your entire organization: faculty, patrons, students, and staff. Pricing is divided into five tiers and four categories so you can determine the price that's right for your organization's size and type. Available as online-only access or with an archive print copy.

Large for-profit single-site organization; Mid-size regional or national for-profit organization

The combined AFP and FPM subscription provides a one-time 25% discount on AFP. Second-year subscription renewal is at each individual journal's standard rate; no combination discount applies. Kansas residents, add an additional 8.5% sales tax per order.
