Description of Program
We have a growing relationship with a couple of hospitals in Africa and the Middle East, with increasing opportunities for residents and/or medical students to rotate there.
Location(s) of program: West Africa or the Middle East.
Description of field experience: Clinical exposure to medicine in an African or Middle Eastern hospital.
Description of didactics: To be determined.
Cost to individual resident: To be determined.
Description of faculty involvement: There is a faculty adviser for each location.
Does the program accept medical students for trips? Yes
Does the program accept residents from outside the program for trips? Yes
Approximate time of year/duration of trips: 1-4 weeks
