To log in, use the Home Study Subscriber Files. Choose FP Essentials or FP Audio quizzes.

AAFP Members: Your Home Study ID number is your seven-digit AAFP ID number. If you have not selected an optional password, your password is your last name.

Non-Members: Your Home Study ID number is seven-digits and is located on your Home Study invoice and/or Home Study receipt. Log in with your Home Study ID number. Your password is your last name.
