AAFP Members: Your Home Study ID number is the same as your seven-digit AAFP ID number. If you have not selected an optional password, log in with your AAFP ID number and your last name.
Non-Members: Your Home Study ID number is seven-digits and is located on your Home Study invoice and/or Home Study receipt. Log in with your Home Study ID number and your last name.
If you have trouble logging in, be sure you are using the Home Study Tests.
